This course is well-suited for anyone who owns a rifle for purposes such as sport or target shooting, as well as for self-defence, including civilians, military members, and law enforcement officers.
This is not a superficial class focused on appearances. Instead, it is structured to equip you for success by teaching effective rifle deployment and providing insights into the advantages and disadvantages of your firearm.

Course Content:
- Rifle set up
- Manipulate the rifle efficiently and effectively
- Improve marksmanship fundamentals
- Zero a rifle
- Utilize ready positions
- Efficiently and effectively reload a rifle
- Ammo management skills / tactical reloads
- Malfunctions drills
- Engage multiple targets with efficiency
- Engage targets utilising pivots/turns and lateral movement
- Improve accuracy from prone, kneeling, and seated positions
- Effective Utilisation of cover

Firearm Types: Semi-automatic rifle or carbine
- 3 magazines
- Belt-mounted mag pouches
- Sturdy belt at least 1.5” wide
- Footwear suitable for rapid movement and turning
- Clothing suitable for training in any weather
- Shooting gloves
- Knee and elbow pads, (optional)
- Hydration system (optional)
- Hat with a brim
- Wraparound eyewear, polycarbonate lenses, or non-shattering prescription glasses
- Earmuffs or earplugs.
- Estimated round count: 450 rounds of rifle
- Lead core ammunition is to be used on steel only
- No green/brown tip, armor piercing, or surrogate rounds are to be used on steel at any time
